Amazing staff
We had a lovely 3 night stay. Our room was a wow to look at but not overly practical.
The bathroom could do with a shelf to put our toiletries on. (instead we had to use the top of the loo) A light fitting above the large mirror was present but we couldn't see how it worked. If at all.
A good powerful hairdryer, but the plug socket was too far away to sit at the dressing table.
The room was clean, but attention to details were a little lacking. Thick dust on the bathroom extractor, dust on plug socket tops etc. The shower screen was clean but build up around the hinges.
The four poster bed was beautiful to look at, but we found it a little uncomfortable. (personal taste). It was also quite noisy when turning during the night.
Now I'm not suggesting that my review should put off anyone staying here, we would come back in a heartbeat! It's to draw attention for the management to address.
The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive. I even received a birthday card . The food was top notch. Overall the whole place had a relaxing vibe. It kind of gave you a hug.
