Never Again
Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. It started off when my card was accidentally charged twice. It seems like a lot of working people who stay there daily. There was lots of noise, dogs, children, drinking folks late at night to wee hours in the morning. The cleaning service would bang on your door early everyday which was super disruptive.
Upon check-in, the room was not in acceptable condition:
• The bathroom was not cleaned (pee left on the toilet seat and trash in the can). The mini fridge was dirty and had a gnat issue.
• Tobacco remnants were on the rolling chair, and despite booking a non-smoking room, the room smelled heavily of smoke throughout the stay.
• The bed had stains on it.
• The TV powered on but had no picture, so it was unusable.
• There was a large hole in the shower wall.
I called the front desk the night of check in and sent a message and still have not heard anything back.
