Actually a wonderfully situated and beautiful place, but it urgently needs better management. Although staff are very kind, behind the scenes many basics don't work. The bar and restaurant have very ambitious menus, but the preparation is far from that. We had two different rooms during our stay, one of them being the most expensive. In both rooms there was nearly no hot water available, only cold water fled freely. So a rain shower is just a joke. Also there have been many smaller issues in both rooms, most intriguing the concrete floor in the expensive room. It was so dirty that you could scrape the dirt from the floor. It seems that being instagramable is the end of all efforts by the management.
