The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the service was absolutely terrible as they forgot to clean our room and when asked why, they could not provide a reason. We requested toilet paper twice as they provide only 1 roll/day - the first time, they never came as we had to use alternative means, the second time, they didnt answer the front reception line so my husband had to go down to request it (finding the front desk attendant playing on his phone), they came an hr later....just terrible. The breakfast buffet wasnt great nor sub-par, unless you like bland, cold, and limited options - it was so bad, we ate out for breakfast.
Upon checkout, they said that 2 sets of slipppers were missing, thus we had to go back to the room to find it - they were both in the room, just not in the cupboard where they were originally placed. They also wanted us to pay for a robe that was taken by housekeeping the day prior - as we were now running late for our flight out, they agreed to complete final checkout with a settlement of 200k dong, as they originally wanted 500k.
