Pros: Location is central to all things West Loop. Staff is genuinely professional and friendly from the front desk to bar. The common areas (lobby bar, Cira, and Lazybird) are great.
Cons: It’s a scene on the weekends and each time I’ve stayed there other guests have inconsiderately slammed doors and had full throated conversations throughout the night 12AM to 5AM, no exaggeration. So yeah, that’s a definite The rooms are small, spartan, and tired.

Loved the hotel. Great location, fun neighborhood, lively lounge, and nicely appointed, quiet rooms. Nice balance. Would have given 5 stars if the hotel housekeeping protocols were clearer. Guests have to request daily, which wasn’t communicated to us - this includes basic water and coffee/tea replenishment.
