Great family experience
After a not so great first impression at check-in (no lei greeting and issues with the room and long wait for luggage to be brought up - all of which we were compensated for later on by the front desk management - thanks Gary) we had an overall good stay and would definitely come back here. Our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the many activities offered (lei making, hula lesson, egg coloring...) our favorite activity which I need to point out were the Makahiki games with Ikaoka (hope I spellt the name right) it was so much fun for the whole family and Ikaoka really made a great effort to give us a good time! Mahalo again for this! Food at Ko was also very good. We were unlucky twice with the courtesy car service - they first made us wait 30 minutes then 45 minutes (not only us but also another hotel guest) in one and the same day although they say it usually only takes 5-15 minutes after you call them...
