Your staff is so very kind, competent, and helpful. You’ve got the right people at the front desk. Common areas: lobby, breakfast area, hallways all impressively clean. Easy parking, and staff quickly address any concerns mentioned to them.
HOWEVER, room 2033 left much to be desired in the maintenance department. Shower curtain stained, rust on tissue dispenser, bathtub surface deteriorated, grout in poor shape in shower corner. Floors “appeared” clean, but when I wiped up a small water spill the washcloth shone black with dirt. In room 2031, the the swinging door safety latch was broken off. Hopefully next page will allow me to post photos.
The problem at this Q-Inn appears to be with their corporate headquarters failing to invest in upgrades to the physical interior of the two rooms I experienced. I’m also guessing the equipment required to do deep cleaning of the laminate floors is not provided to those that clean the rooms. I say that because I witnessed all the staff cleaning common areas with the utmost attention to thoroughness. THAT SAID, excellent like-new towels, comfy beds and pillows, sufficient selection of TV channels. Good location next to airport, ample parking, and only a couple minutes drive to restaurants, airport, gas station, and shopping mall. Again: WONDERFUL STAFF! I’d stay here again.
