The pool itself was dirty with green mold, particularly by the wall where the DJ stands. I voiced my concern to a Staff member Bo was very understanding and offered to set up dinner for us. Noted that we were looking to eat lobsters. Made a reservation for us but the dinner was moved to the beach where it was mainly grill meat, no lobsters. On top of that some of the items being served ran out (bread being one of them). Food options at the buffet was rather basic. I was supposed to get a bottle of wine for each stay and a chef amenity tray, none were provided. Again, I had plenty of options to choose from but chose hotel for its alleged top quality but I did not receive that even though the hotel did not seem to be full. A check out I was told that someone would follow up with me, but have yet to be contacted.
