All staff working here are AMAZING…this is the BEST part of the stay! The hotel is convenient to shopping and entertainment, but dos not meet the standards of a typical Marriott property. One of the elevators was out of order which was a little inconvenient. The worst part of this was hearing from another guest that the elevator was also out of order when they last stayed at the property 2 months prior. There is a strong sewer/body odor smell in the lobby that was attempted to be covered up by a strong cleaner. Our room did not have linens provided for the pull out bed. We also did not have extra blankets. There is a lot of detail that’s overlooked in making this property great. Management needs to pay attention to improve this.
