The room was clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, the area around the hotel seemed safe, the buildings are clean inside and out. The only thing I would change is the berkley doesn’t offer room turnover until after 8 days, and being on vacation I don’t want to take time to do the laundry and make the bed. Other than that the hotel is amazing.

The rooms were great and the service was great! Check out took almost an hour due to only 3 elevators. And there is no service elevator either, so the staff trying to get around with big carts needed to use the elevator as well. So either check out super early while everyone is sleeping, or plan on a long wait if you need an elevator.
