Breakfast menu was delicious and included with stay! We were even able to place our orders the night before so our breakfasts would be ready when we got there! The A/C works magnificently. The grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. The staff could not be any kinder or more helpful. Transport to the airport (two different shuttles at two different times) were easily arranged and paid for online, and the vehicles and drivers were fabulous. I bring a veterinary team here twice a year, and I will never stay anywhere else.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quaint, had a beautiful atrium filled with plants, and an amazing rooftop view of the volcanoes. The property was very well maintained, I always noticed a lot of staff present keeping everything clean. The front desk staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for what I needed. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and bathroom was very clean. The location is also excellent if you are a first time visitor. Everything is very close and walkable. Would highly recommend this hotel!
