It is not a five star hotel.
We were looking forward to stay this hotel as it is my husband first time to visit Wuhan. We invited a couple to stay with us. We had two rooms for two nights. On arrive to the hotel, front desk staff was not friendly or welcome at all. After a long day travel, our guest room did not have any hot water. They informed front desk, they had three different group people to fix it and took two hours before the hotel would find a new room for them. The computer in the new room does not work ether. Second night, our guest can not get in their room, according front desk that they have to pay $300 cash to get the key work. It was the hotel's mistake not charge enough for deposit. We had to talk to the manager and told her that we have our credit card on file and we expect to cover the cost. It took more than one hour to get everything done. Next day, we try to bring this to the attention of the manager, but he does not even have a business card with his name. Really disappointed about this five star hotel and one star services we received.
