Stayed in Apartment 4 well furnished to a good std, and very clean and secure. Good area to stay near to main tourist area only 5mins from Shambles etc Plenty of eating choices nearby and bars. One negative issue was the bed which was very uncomfortable and past it's best for sleeping on. I consider bed comfort a high priority as it can impact your stay. Hotel need to look at this.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless and the decor was up to date. Only slight quibble was the shower over the bath which was dated but produced hot water. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was good with English breakfast cooked well. The lounge was a lovely room to have a drin as it overlooked the river. I would definitely recommend this independently run hotel
