Funcionários despreparados. A Internet nao funciona no quarto. Reclamamos e um funcionário foi ao quarto sem avisar e sem bater a porta, entrou no quarto e estávamos trocando de roupa. A porta do quarto, inclusive, estava com o aviso de não perturbe, mas mesmo assim entrou sem ao menos bater. Após este incidente, reclamamos novamente e mesmo assim nao resolveram a Internet. De frente à Av das Américas, mas sem barulho nenhum... excelente vedação. Limpeza 10!!!! Bom chuveiro. Todos os funcionários foram gentis. O café da manhã é fartíssimo e variado. Minha sugestão é que o pó de café mesmo seja trocado por um pó de melhor qualidade, mas não comprometeu o "Café da manhã". Super recomendo hotel e voltarei a me hospedar nele outras vezes.
