Location is great as it is very close to the main square of town. I highly recommend this place if you're planning on walking to other points of town. Staff is very friendly and check-in was very smooth. They also provide you with the option of leaving your luggage before checking in or checking out. The size of the bed was able to fit 4 people; therefore, you can't go wrong with space. I really enjoyed my stay.

It is within walking distance from the heart of town. the hotel did not have parking, but I was able to find parking off the street. The room was not great, but it was ok and confortable.

We reserve two rooms. My room was okay. My friend's room had a wide gap under the sliding glass door and the room was freezing. The hotel was fully booked so she had to move into my room which had two beds. My room was clean hers was a bit dingy. They reimbursed the cost of her room but charged me almost 50% more for her to stay in my room.
The room had no drinking glasses, they charged for the instant coffee and for the water. The location was close to Centro, which was nice, but it was noisy. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the maids talking. There was a generator kind of noise that started in the middle of the night and woke me up. The hotel itself was okay. I guess you just have to get a room off the street. There is no parking. I would not stay there again

The hotel didn't have rooms for disable people. The bathroom had blood, and the sheets were dirty. The wifi signal was horrible, walls area painted dark which makes you feel uncomfortable. No place to park the car you, have to pay extra to park the car. I won't go back there.

Este restaurant cuenta con restaurant pero no comimos alli. Nuestras camas oliana sucio y el piso del baño tenia cabellos largos.
Friendliness in this place is very limited. The place is two blocks away from the main plaza or downtown. It is close to restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel has its own restaurant. Our bed sheets looked and smelled used.
There were long hairs in the bathroom..

The hotel is located close to shopping and many restaurants.
I would definitely be returning to visit this town but I would never choose this hotel again. The front desk girl was very nice but she could not locate payment made to the hotel reservation. The receptionist had to call her supervisor which in deed was very rude assuring that I did not make payment, even though I was showing proof. Not until she called another individual for help on how to use the computer, it was then that was able to locate the information. While I was waiting for her to locate the information, she also made another remark saying that she "saw another problem with the reservation, the reservation was made for 2 but you have more people with you" assuring other people waiting there were with me.
At the end of the whole fiasco, she never offered an apology, instead, she concluded saying "we found the payment you can go now". I was furious and wanted to leave pretty bad, but the reservation was made long distance, it would have been a headache trying to change it.
Furthermore, the beds and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely I would not give it a second chance.
