Quarto mal cuidado e cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã com poucas opções e ruim, com gosto de velho. O hotel em geral tem uma estrutura boa, mas visivelmente não recebe nenhum tipo manutenção e cuidado. Por onde se andava podia ver coisas estragados jogados, sujos.

Quarto com utensílios antigos ainda presentes. Os novos já estavam em funcionamento, mas a parte antiga (ar condicionado, suportes, fechaduras, etc) ainda estavam ocupando espaço no quarto. Tv não era smart.
A limpeza estava legal, atendimento também foi legal, climatização do quarto e isolamento acústico também foram muito bons.
Estacionamento na rua gera um pouco de insegurança, principalmente por não ter nenhum segurança olhando lá.
A equipe foi prestativa, apresentou tudo e como funcionava.

Ambiente precisa de uma reforma, equipamentos velhos, tomadas dando curto, quarto não era aconchegante, café da manha nada demais e todos os dias igual. Fora isso, boa área de lazer, lugar pra estacionar.

A estadia foi agradável, atendimento do recepcionista foi excelente. Sugiro alguns ajustes na infraestrutura como lâmpadas que não funcionam nos quartos e sacadas. Algumas manutenções que melhorariam o visual (pintora por exemplo). No demais recomendo a estadia e voltarei a me hospedar. A localização é muito boa.
