Fabulous small and friendly local feel hotel with beautiful tropical flowers and plants all around the grounds. Our 1 bedroom apartment was comfortable, clean and had good kitchen facilities. The pool area is very relaxing with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. The hotel is right in Sal centre nearby to the local restaurants and bars and is perfectly located for an evening stroll. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The half board option was very good value; at the time we went it included a buffet breakfast with lots of options including hot and cold options, freshly made omelettes and pancakes and at night there was a set menu including one drink, your main and a dessert to choose from. There were traditional hotel options as well as local dishes to choose from. The front of house team and restaurant chefs were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely holiday and hope to be back sometime in the future!

I had a problem when checking in ..they sent me to the wrong apartment as they had not their system to cover the update of two to three people. It took time to get that sorted. then as the apartment wasn't made up for guest I had to chase them up for Towels and then bed linen for the two other guests that were arriving later. Then I relaised that they had over charged me by about 4 euros on the visitors tax...I only got a 10 euro refund. However once that was sorted We enjoyed our holiday and loved the people we met on Sal

Fijne accomodatie met een fijne grote zwembad, leuke prive strand, het eten in het hotel is lekker. Mooie tuin/locatie met mooie bloemen. We zaten vlabij de winkelstraat op 1 min loopafstand. Appartement is oke, niet lux, de badkamer kan wel een renovatie gebruiken. Voor de rest een hele fijne vakantie gehad met man en kind van 4 jr. Ik beveel deze accommodatie aan.

L'hôtel est très proche du centre, à taille humaine et plutôt bien végétalisé (contrairement aux gros ensembles hôteliers plus à l'ouest). La piscine au bord de la mer est très sympa. Nous n'avons fréquenté le restaurant de l'hôtel que le temps d'un petit déjeuner car trop pressés pour aller plus loin, la crêpe était assez bonne, le café moyen.

Mala experiencia del hotel
Pague el total del hotel con tarjeta, una vez que llegue al hotel para realizar el check in, el hotel se encontraba cerrado y no había ninguna respuesta ni tampoco devulocion del dinero, tube que buscar otro hotel sercano para poder quedarme. Muy mala experiencia y casi me quedo durmiendo en la calle de no ser porque encontré otro hotel.

per gli standard europei le forniture dell'appartamento (stoviglie, biancheria, arredamento, etc): insufficienti. Scarsa cura dei dettagli che avrebbero con poco (un solo specchio in bagno, assenza di zanzariere) fatto la differenza. Posizione molto bella. Piscina ottima. Servizio di sicurezza molto accurato e discreto. Qualità del ristorante annesso appena sufficiente. Ma tanti ristoranti limitrofi: ottimi. Da consigliare con modifiche migliorative.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Molto carina la spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il ristorante, ma a due passi ce n'è uno molto carino dove si mangia bene e si spende il giusto. La mia recensione è comunque piatitiva

Bring own toiletries!
The day before our arrival to Santa Maria i got an email saying that due to some problems with one of the rooms and we were moved to Leme Bedje hotel which is 5-6 min from Porto Antigo. Fine. We understood that. When we arrived at the hotel there was only 1 soap in the bathroom (2 people, 5 days!!!) And i asked for shampoo and shower gel and i was told that they only give in the 1st day and made an exception. Then i find in the bathroom 2 more soaps... at that stage i just gave up to explain what i wanted. If you want people to bring own toiletries (i would had not minded to bring own) that is ok. Just don't call 1 soap for 5 days for 2 people as "free toiletries"..

El apartamento necesita mejoras. El agua de lavabo y ducha no sale con fuerza. No hay estropajo-jabon para fregar la loza si tomas algo despues de limpiar que la chica lava la loza por la mañana y listo. No hay electrodomesticos, solo nevera y tv. La cocina de gas y sin fuego. En el exterior,playa y piscina son publicas. Lleno de gente de la calle. Creo que mucho que mejorar

Apt not at all like pictures, dirty, old, no view
Pictures are all fabulous, but the actual apartment that I got was awful. Dirty, with a small balcony and no view of any pool or beach. The complex was not at all full, so after a long complaints session they finally decided to give us another, better, apartment. Nevertheless that was not very clean and it was old as well, so I will not book with this organisation again. If you want to go to Porto Antigo, make sure to find individual house owners of smaller organisations that rent out their owned apartments, there are plenty and as far as I could see from the outside: much better.

Fantastiskt badläge med stor pool och stenfri strand innanför vågbrytare. Perfekt för (små)barn. Visst, solstolar i trä slits ju, men med gratis madrasser (mot deposition) funkade de bra.
Vakter på och runt hotellområdet kändes bra.
Synd att hotellresturangen på ena piren var stängd (mars-18)
Hotellet ligger mot ena änden av ena huvudgatan, och du har hela byn med restauranger inom 5 minuter.
Minimarket på hörnet har allt som behövs. Inte mycket dyrare än Supermarcado 1 km bort. Dessutom finns bageri, billigt ich öppet nästan jämnt, runt nästa hörn.

Slitet och spartanskt, men helt ok hotell. Bra läge vid havet med ett poolområde som behöver fräschas upp. Både trägolvet och solsängarna. Synd att de inte fanns poolbar eller en enklare servering vid poolområdet.
