It took 5 minutes of standing and trying to get the clerks attention to check in, he gave us a room on the 3rd floor instead of the handicap room we reserved for my amputee brother. We get in the room and it had no handicapped amenities, and the shower had mold. We get back downstairs and they closed the lobby, we finally get someone to come to the front and he gets us a handicapped room. When we get inside the room the AC was barely working and the fridge did not work. We go buy an fan and crank the AC as low as it will go, leave the fan running and leave for a few hours in hopes that it will cool the room, it did not. We get another room after notifying the front desk. Our next room was alright besides the water smelling like fish and the fact that there was no microwave, or hairdrye, and the toilet was leaking. Over all I would rather sleep in the car over this place.
