I traveled from England to Poland for one day to attend my best friend's wedding, and this was my first time using Hotel.com. I am not satisfied with the hotel. I feel uncomfortable for many reasons, some personal and some related to my safety, as my room was unclean, uncomfortable, and unsafe.
1- My room 302 was in the attic annex, and the stairs leading up to it were not at all safe according to security and safety standards. There were no warning signs (mind the head ) due to the small distance between the wall and the stairs, which caused me to hit the wall while going down from the room.
2-The stairs were broken extremely unsafe and not well fixed.
3-There was mold in the shower tap and shower head,
4-the sink was broken,
5-the toilet door was broken and there was no iron in the room.
6- I asked the reception for an iron, and it was delivered after two hours because the hotel only has one. When I received it, it was very dirty and I was unable to use it.
Something strange happened I entered all my banking information on your website Hotels.com to complete the payment for the room, including the free breakfast,The strange thing is that upon arriving at the hotel,the receptionist asked me to pay for the room,but the price did not include breakfast.
There are many reasons that I have not mentioned,all of which made me feel uncomfortable and in a bad mood which affected my trip,I demand a full refund and compensation.
