Overall a great place to stay. The breakfast was good, the room had amenities higher than my expectations and the staff were friendly. However bear in mind that it is quite a walk from Split centre and in an industrial area. Also you can’t escape the smell of smoke throughout the hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke from the reception area was overwhelming, people chain smoke all day in the cafe attached to reception right next to the dining room, I could smell smoke in our bed sheets as well, the ice water had the smell smoke too, the whole place smelt of smoke 24/7, I had a headache the entire stay from the smoke.

O hotel oferece quarto amplo , limpo , confortável com roupa de cama e travesseiros de primeira linha porém meu quarto não tinha frigobar. Café da manhã ok Atendimento da recepção atencioso. A única questão é a localização: perto do porto e do shopping, o q é ótimo. Porém, fica em uma rua com aspecto decadente que passa sensação de insegurança. Mas, após a primeira impressão, percebi q a cidade toda é assim mesmo. No geral , o hotel é recomendável. Voltaria a me hospedar nele se voltar a Split.

Zwei Tage Split

Das Hotel ist abseits und dadurch ruhig gelegen. Die historische Altstadt ist ca. 30 Fußminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer befand sich im 1. OG eines mehrgeschossigen Wohnhauses. Das Mobiliar hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und bei meinem Bett blätterte das Kunstleder vom Unterbett und der Kopflehne ab. Unschön. Der vorhandene Fernseher musste etwas umständlich mit einer Zusatzbox bedient werden. Grundsätzlich war der Service im Hotel okay. Uncool fand ich den Frühstücksraum. Das war ein abgetrennter Bereich von einem Raucherrestaurant und dadurch saß man morgens im Qualm der im Nachbarraum rauchenden Gäste. Unschön! Das Frühstück selbst war ok. Das Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Muy mal mantenido el hotel, los muebles de la habitación se veían viejos y descuidado, algunos incluso rotos. El edificio olía muchísimo a cigarrillo y un olor como “a guardado”. La zona donde está ubicado tampoco es la mejor. Por un precio muy similar vi otros hoteles mucho mejores en el centro o cerca.

Hotelli sijaitsee n. 30 min. kävelymatkan päässä Splitin vanhasta kaupungista. Pieni boutique hotelli, laadukas huone sekä ystävällinen palvelu koko matkan ajan. Aamupala kuuluu hintaan, mutta valikoima ei ole erityisen laaja. Vatsan saa kuitenkin täyteen. Joker ostoskeskus lähellä sekä 35 min. kävelyn päässä Mall of Split.

bb Residence

Es war einfach Wundervoll. Wir kamen in Split im BB Residence an und wurden sehr nett von der Dame am Empfang sehr nett begrüßt und konnten sogar schon 2 Stunden früher als geplant das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war einfach nur ein Traum , ein sehr bequemes Bett, eine kleine Minibar mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, ein Großzügiger Balkon und ein Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war auch immer sehr lecker mit zum Beispiel Croissants, Toastbrot, Joghurts, Obst, Orangensaft und vielen weiteren leckeren Dingen. Das Hotel ist noch ein relativ neues Hotel und deshalb auch sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Putzfrauen kamen jeden Morgen ins Zimmer und haben es immer super sauber gereinigt. Die Damen am Empfang waren alle immer sehr nett und Hilfsbereit da ich 2 mal ein Taxi brauchte haben sie mir eins bestellt auf ihrer Landessprache Kroatisch. Das einzige was wir zu kritisieren haben ist das das Hotel leider 30 Minuten Fussweg außerhalb der Stadt liegt . Aber die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen:-). Dankeschön

Il ya tellement dé choses a dire que je ne peux tout mettre du début jusqu’à la fin c’était horrible il ne s’agit pas d’un 4 étoile le principe de st simple en Croatie chacun met le nombre d’étoiles qu’il veut donc je vous laisse la surprise tout le monde met 4 étoile a ces résidences alors que c’est loin de l’être cette résidence mérite a peine 2 étoile la saleté des chambres des cheveux de partout et des poiles d’animaux les traces et le meilleur pour la fin si vous regarder en dessous du lit c’est la forêt amazonienne ah pardon la forêt c’est propre je dirais plus la déchèterie on trouve de tout des bobons des chewing-gums De la poussière des choses que je ne connais meme pas le ménage est fait en 5 min pas plus et pour finir le petit déjeuner c’est simple mini croissant et pain tout les jours pour me prix que j’ai payé c’est loin de mériter sa bref je n’y reviendrai pour aucune raison sans parler des croates racistes irrespectueux impolies et j’en passe
