Staff was very friendly, the price was great, hotel was very clean and beds were super comfy, hottub area was fantastic, restaurant was delicious! We stayed as a couple for a staycation night away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because some minor areas could use some improvement (some furniture, doors, towels were showing their age and could use some replacements). I will definitely stay here again!

The highlight of our stay was the outdoor hot tub (love a hot tub during the winter!). There was also an outdoor fireplace and indoor sauna which really gave this a spa feeling. Room was great (super clean and I appreciate having a fridge and microwave). Checkin and checkout were easy with great customer service. Also the room rate was very very reasonable. All in all a great getaway and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We liked the location - 15 minutes from Byward Market and 20 minutes from Gatineau Park visitors center. We enjoyed the outdoor warm tubs (maybe 5 degrees short of "hot"). We will return and hope for a different room than 101!
