Very disappointed in the Bonvoy Group for what is clearly premature opening of a new hotel. The hotel is 3 weeks old as of month end 6/26. Still too many things don’t work. Room on the first day: AC could not be controlled, TV didn’t work. Room on the second day: bedside lights and electrical outlets don’t work (too tired to move again).
Staff very enthusiastic and helpful, facilities all brand new. But still too many kinks to work out. Will be a nice place when it all settles, but for now too many inconveniences to justify the price tag.
