Na chegada,equipe da portaria muito prestativa e check-in foi tranquilo. O apartamento atendeu às necessidades para o período de uma semana. A localização é perfeita, restaurantes e supermercado próximos.

A experiência foi desastrosa. Começou com o problema para entrar no hotel. Não foi reconhecido a minha identidade facial. Falei com a portaria, e depois de algum tempo, consegui convencê-lo e entrei. Na outra porta que dá acesso, o mesmo problema. Só entrei porque um casal quebrou meu galho e permitiu que eu entrasse. Até aí, um stress gerenciável. Deixei as malas no hotel, e fui comer algo no bairro Batel. Na volta, a identidade facial não funcionou novamente. Desta vez, outra garota, e depois seu supervisor, me disseram que os quatro números do meu celular, não era o que eles tinham no registro deles. A partir deste momento, disseram que nada podiam fazer, e que eu tinha que entrar em contato com o responsável pela reserva. Fiquei completamente perdido, não sabia se tinha que conversar com o hoteis.com, com o Yogha, ou sei lá quem mais. Fiquei 30 minutos. Implorei para entrar e nada. No final, um casal viu a nossa condição e nos permitiu entrar. Uma experiência lamentável e que me fez sentir um transgressor. Por último, mas não menos importante, a postura dos que me atenderam foi de uma insensibilidade absurda. Era como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor, por algo que paguei. Esta portaria remota não tem a menor noção do que é atender um cliente. Não voltarei a alugar este local e no que depender de mim, vou divulgar esta experiência insana para todos que puder para evitar este desgaste kafkaniano.

Prédio super novo , studio conforme as fotos. Funcional e agradável. O fato de ter uma varada deixa o ambiente menos cara de flat e mais apartamento! Ponto alto para a localização , mercado em frete e fácil acesso a pé a tudo. Não tive nenhum imprevisto ! Check in e comunicação com o anfitrião rápidos! Recomendo.
