The room was clean, but general areas could've been cleaner. They offered a complementary hot breakfast which was nice. Breakfast had chilaquiles, eggs (had to put chilaquiles sauce for more taste), beans & 2 types of yogurts & fruit. Location was excellent & felt safe in the area.

Wonderful location. Our room had a terrace facing the main square. Very friendly staff, pretty much a full breakfast included with rate. Close to subway. Very basic room but clean.

The only rhing is that the church La catedral bells sound every hour even during the night making it very hard to sleep. The location is great. Personnel are professional.

The hotel is directly across the street from the cathedral. There are various places to choose from to eat at and it is within walking distance of the subway station as well.

Hotel sits in the heart of the historic district. Extendive variety of shopping and markets within walking distance. Is right across from one of the largest cathedrals eith easy acces to transportation if you want to venture out further. Hotel also offers tours (at an additional cost) to tequila distilleries and other points of interest. Staff was super friendly and helpful and hotel felt safe as it provided patron access only even to get on the elevator and also had a security guard 24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

The location was right in the center of Guadalajara. Perfect walking distance to the shops, cafes, metro and the cathedral. I felt safe since I was with my dad in the area. There were some unhoused individuals around the area but I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Not sure why others said it was unsafe. Breakfast was good! Not American breakfast so thank goodness. The room was okay, good size for solo traveler but house cleaning never refilled the hand wash and sheets/bath towels were a bit stained. A great view of the centro. I would advise those that are light sleepers that there is a lot of noise and construction outside of the hotel. It didn’t bother me since I can sleep through noise. Staff were very nice and helpful as well. They let us check in earlier which I appreciated.

2/10 Poor

The room was very dirty. The sheets, the restroom, everything was dirty and old. The elevators smelled very bad as well. Only good thing is the properties location.

Overall, property location is great, right across from the historic cathedral and square. It was a little misleading when booking that parking was not onsite. I received a message shortly after booking with parking instruction that it was 2 blocks away and the hotel is only accesible by foot. The room itself was good for a quick overnight stay. The bed sheets and floors were dirty and you could hear everything going on in the hallway.

Check in was a slow mess. Only one employee on duty to check in over 2 dozen waiting ppl. The property is in a prime, city center location, perfect for seeing the historical district. The hotel, a few years old now, is still a great place to stay, but is starting to show wear and tear. Hotel room flooring is worn out and rooms can use a paint touch up. Over, it's a three star experience, safe, comfortable and breakfast is included making tourism way easier. But be prepared for check in...

Upon entrance there was a security guard. She had to take us up to the lobby on the first floor. Check in process was simple. They have a QR code on info about the hotel. I do not recommend eating the free breakfast as the food has been sitting out uncovered. There were flies. The food had been sitting out of temperature for several hours. Upon room entrance we learned that you plug one key card into an insert to activate the electricity. Our view of the cathedral and city center was impeccable. There is always a lot of activity happening so the sleep was not very restful but the location was convenient. The first morning we woke up at about 4am because people were setting up for a bike competition. They were building the ramps. Very dusty. The staff was kind.
