The hotel is in a great location. The room is very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent staff. The main Receptionist Nay is a credit to the hotel. He made me feel welcomed and helped with getting to understand the local attractions. Thank you Nay for all your help.

When I got to the hotel to check in, the location was filthy, lots of people was standing in front of the hotel smoking drugs. Then I canceled the reservation and went to stay in whalawhala boca chica. I requested my refund still now I haven't received yet
