If you have an early-morning flight, I do not recommend staying here. The gate does not open before 9:00 a.m., and there is no lobby or common area available. I had an early flight and was left waiting outside for hours without access—after a 12-hour flight, carrying four pieces of luggage, on a rainy day. I called the front desk talked to Ivan and explain the situation and still refused to open the door.
At a traditional hotel, guests at least have the option to wait in a lobby. That basic accommodation is not available here, which makes early departures extremely inconvenient.
This is not a typical hotel experience. Daily housekeeping is not provided—rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed, trash is not removed, and toilet paper is not replenished unless specifically requested.
I booked this stay through Expedia, and it appears there is a lack of communication between the property and Expedia, which contributed to the issues experienced.
