Amazing stay for the price. Easy self check in. Friendly staff at the bar. It was surprisingly quiet (we stayed a Wednesday but the night life was still alive when we got home at 11pm). The shower was amazing and the view from the rooftop bar was beautiful. Coffee is a must and only $4. Can’t wait to stay here again. Perfect for Spark arena and public transport.

Hotel is newly remodeled and clean. Great location to the waterfront, shopping, and CBD. However, it is a hostel so you share rooms and bathrooms which we didn’t know from the Expedia listing. I went back and looked and I still couldn’t find that it was a hostel. That needs to be more apparent.

The description said the bed is comfy. It was on and had lumps. The bathroom smelled of sewerage. When showering, the hot water would suddenly turn cold. The lift went up to level 6 totally fine but button was broken so to get back down, I had to walk down to level 5 with my suitcase. Overall, it was good for a 2 night stay and it's in a handy location

Check in staff were lovely and the room was bright and very clean. This place has the potential to be a lovely stay - but only if you bring very good earplugs. With a neighbouring roof top bar right outside our single glazed window, sleep was not going to happen. Luckily the reception staff were wonderful and moved us to an internal twin room which was much quieter and we could doze off. Only to be woken by party goers in a neighbouring room returning in the early hours of the morning making lots of noise. Retrofit double glazing and more insulation would have made it a lovely stay.

The noise from the rooftop bar and the bar next door is extremely loud (with a heavy base as well). Despite changing rooms 3 times, it was not possible to escape the noise. It’s a shame that the windows haven’t been upgraded to help sound proof rooms, and not sure why the roof top bar is open so late to all public. (I was told it would close by 10, but there were still crowds going up after this time) It’s a shame as great location, clean rooms, lovely staff. Probably fine if you are out to party, however avoid if you need to sleep!

Great stay. Really nice hotel-like amnesties and comfy dorm bed and duvet for a hostel, it's pretty good. Friendly staff and great location. Rooftop is a bit quiet and the fridge gets a bit full at times but overall, an enjoyable stay.
