Positive points:
- Relatively new building with spacious hall. Always clean and smells nice.
- very good amenities in the room.
- Receptionist was very kind and trying to help.
Requires improvement:
- Communications and clear instructions with guests should be better and in advance, for example, you should inform your guests what to expect from the beginning, not waiting for them to discover things by chance like room cleaning service is not daily or regular, you have to ask for it.
- Bus service to haram could be better organised and managed well. Initially, drivers were not sticking to schedule advertised by the hotel management. I had a bad experience with a rude driver as well. Basically, It was chaotic. If you are going to book here, put low expectations in bus service or use a taxi to get back from haram.
Overall, it wasn't bad experience for me giving the good price I paid. You get what you paid for .. :-)
