Incredible guest service! Solange was really helpful. It’s close to the major bus station and Uber takes 2 minutes to arrive. Delicious breakfast included and the rooms are clean and a nice size. The gym is pretty small and limited but you can still get a good workout in if you need. Highly recommend it!

O Hotel é muito bom, muito bem conservado e confortável. Café da manhã ótimo e com muita variedades, e o pessoal da cozinha sempre de bom humor e simpático. Aliás, todos os funcionários foram sempre muito educados em todas as situações. Ficam apenas alguns comentários: na chegada me informaram que eu teria que pagar uma taxa de reserva de R$70, mas eu protestei, disse que sempre reservo pela hoteis.com e que nunca tive taxa extra a pagar pro hotel. O funcionário ouviu, observou minha reserva no meu celular e disse que a taxa não seria cobrada então. Se eu não protestasse, teria que pagar. As tvs dos quartos são um pouco antigas, não são smart e nem espelham a tela do celular, então você é obrigado a assistir somente os canais de TV a cabo. Sei que está previsto na descrição da reserva, mas acho que hoje em dia é algo a mais que faz falta. E apenas uma outra questão em relação ao elevador: fiquei no 15º andar, e sempre era muito demorado pra conseguir o elevador, pois ele vai parando sem motivo em alguns andares em que não foi solicitado, além de balançar um pouco e fazer barulho. Em um dis dias, esperei quase 5 minutos pelo elevador. Mas são só detalhes, e fora isso tudo foi muito bom.

A cama e o ar condicionado eram bons, porém TV, frigobar e sinal do wi-fi no quarto bem ruins. O bar/restaurante funciona somente das 19 às 22h, sendo que no dia que cheguei havia um grupo de jogadores no hotel e fui informada que o bar não abriria e o restaurante funcionaria para eles!!! Também em momento algum fui informada de que teria que pagar uma taxa ao hotel no check-in!!
