I never like to write bad reviews, but this one was a very bad experience. I picked this place since it was pet friendly. When I checked in the front desk person said that I didn't book a pet friendly room, but had no pet friendly rooms available. I asked for a refund and the person said that I needed to contact Hotels.com. The customer service team from Hotels.com stated that they can give me a refund unless the Mountain Star Inn doesn't charge for the room. This takes 24 hours, so this morning I was charged by Mountain Star Inn and I didn't even stayed there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with a pet.
