A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

Excellent property!!! Jurere area is beautiful. Positano restaurant at the hotel served us delicious food!! Larissa provided us with an outstanding service!! The room was as advertised, very comfortable and quiet at night- had construction noise during the day. Amenities were good. Pool area and grounds well taking care!!! Staff treated us very well. Good positive vibes. Breakfast met our needs. Excellent service overall!

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday.
