The staff was okay, but the place was upstairs behind locked doors. My room was TINY: 7'6" across, and about 10' long. The bathroom had almost NO level spaces to put toiletries - only a small shelf above the sink. I ended up putting bathroom stuff on the very small (30" wide) desk.
I disliked this place so much that I checked out the next morning for a better hotel. I ate most of the prepaid reservation, but it was worth it.
