It’s super clean and spacious. Once you’re inside it’s nothing to worry about. The neighborhood is very peaceful too, my wife and I walk the neighborhood to get food/drinks.The rooftop is nice too… I will be coming back.

Great location! Easy to catch a Lyft/Uber for low cost to so many places nearby. It was nice to sit on the rooftop at night and look out at the city. The air conditioner works VERY well. Anything we needed, the management company was very responsive. Excellent communication. Would definitely book again!

The room was the perfect size for me and my family. The location was so great. You were not far from places and you were able to get an uber to take you places as well. The fact that it’s gated made me feel super safe. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was clean. Communication with the property owner was clear and transparent. Overall an amazing place to stay if you want to be a little outside of San Juan. The area is safe and easily accessible for Ubers. There is a lot near by and two blocks away from casa Blanca. My partner and I love it!

It was a good budget option. The apartment was clean. We did not have any trouble getting in. We loved the rooftop patio and opportunity to look out over the city. Would have been great if we just had 4 people. The couch bed was not very comfortable in the living room. I would not recommend for more than 4 people.

The place looks amazing inside. It is well renovated and clean. The area is barrio obrero though and it is a bit “hot” so please be aware and be respectful of people around you as it a neighborhood. Don’t be going out at night acting a fool. Be respectful and respect the locals. There’s a lot of families living around there. Place itself was very nice. We loved it. They only speak English as well which was kinda sad. Since they are in an island that speaks Spanish.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars. The home was exactly as pictured—if not better. A few hours before our arrival, the host sent a detailed message with check-in instructions, parking information, and everything else we needed to know, which made the arrival process very smooth. Parking is available around the building, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Once inside, everything was easy to access and straightforward. The property was exceptionally clean, smelled wonderful, and felt very well maintained and up to date. Communication with the host was outstanding. I had a question during our stay, and they responded within minutes. It's clear they care about their guests and providing a great experience. One thing to note is that there is no laundry on-site, but there is a laundromat just a couple of minutes away, so it wasn't an issue for us during our nearly two-week stay. The location was also very convenient, with everything we needed within about 20 minutes. You can hear roosters and other animals outside, but that's part of the local experience and didn't bother us at all. In fact, it added to the charm of the area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The complex is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed—everything felt intentional and welcoming. The location in San Juan is a huge highlight. It’s close to everything you want—great food, local culture, and easy access to explore the city—while still feeling peaceful and secure. It was the perfect balance between being in the heart of the action and having a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. The accommodations themselves were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail seemed well taken care of, and it was clear that guest experience is a top priority here. Whether I was starting my morning or winding down at night, the space felt relaxing and inviting. Overall, Santurtzi Complex exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan who wants comfort, convenience, and a truly enjoyable experience.
