Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The staff was super attentive to all of our needs. The only complaint was that the television didn’t work, but it really didn’t matter, since we weren’t really in the room that much.

The Hotel is absolutely nice, the furniture and overall decoration is amazing. It is equipped with AC, very few hotels in downtown have this amenity. The only thin Im not happy with, is that the kitchen was closed, kind of early, because of very low occupancy, and I asked for a bag of tea, of course I was going to pay for it, and tge employee told me the tea bags were locked, and I pointed the full open box below tge counter and still he didn't want to provide it. Make sure ti check your key when checking in, they wanted ti charge for a defective one.

It was very quiet, and we were pleased. The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. Our heavy luggages were taken to our room by the hotel staff. The food and the restaurant is as excellent, except for the beans. Restaurant waiter was very nice. Thank you! We had a great time in Morelia.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant and reasonably priced. We loved both the hotel and the city of Morelia. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center close to all the sights. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

We had a junior suite, which was a two story room. Curved staircase to bedroom loft with bathroom. Also bathroom on main level. Very unique. It was nice to have the sitting room to enjoy a beverage after a day out sightseeing. Beds were great, lots of hot water. The only down side for us was getting larger suitcases up the stairs, it is quite narrow. They did not provide bottled water in the room, which is really unusual in Mexico. Staff were amazing helping with all our stuff. Our room was on the second floor and no elevator to it. If stairs are an issue ask to be higher up. Great location, would definitely stay there again.
