We had a beautiful 2 night stay at Hanoi Plaza. Beds were comfortable, and we booked a spacious connecting room which gave us plenty of space for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Breakfast on the rooftop was lovey with a nice selection of western and Asian options including made to order eggs/omelettes and Pho & Congee and noodle dishes. Service was friendly and attentive! Location was great - really was a 10-15 min to get anywhere and we spent our whole day in Hanoi just exploring the old quarter and loved it!

Rooms were spotless, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, and the staff was amazing. Location was perfect. I would like to mention Mia, Julie, Hue (Mr. Chicken ;-)), Eric, An, and Hue because they all made our stay wonderful. I loved Hanoi and when I go back, this is the only hotel I will stay in!

An excellent place to stay while in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The property is centrally located, is clean and well appointed, has a great breakfast (included), an outstanding Spa, and a group of staff second to none. They are there for you from start to finish, with information, “street smarts” advice, bookings, advice.. you name it, they did it, and with a smile.
Again, a great place to stay, with excellent prices too. You can’t go wrong.
