We recently stayed at Sky Imperial Hotel in Udaipur, and unfortunately, we were not impressed with the overall experience. The hotel promised several amenities on their website, but many of those were either missing or not as described.
When we arrived, the entry area was not well maintained — there were even a few nails on the ground, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. The rooms looked very luxurious and high-end in the pictures, but in reality, they did not match the expectations set online.
Breakfast was included, but the options were very limited and quite disappointing.
Overall, the experience did not live up to the promises made, and we expected much better service and maintenance.
