Very enjoyable stay
Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee.
Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees.

The staff was excellent both at hotel and in dining area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Showers were strong and also clean. Pool was amazing. I can’t say enough about the staff. Excellent place beautiful beaches. In fact the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen!! Transportation to the beach was great too.

The staff were helpful it was clean but it had no tea or coffee in the room had to go downstairs to get it or wait for breakfast which was only continental toaster didn't work very well cold cabinet broken and there is no other restaurants around it to eat you had to get abus to the beach or local town to get something to eat

Jättebra hotell, andra gången vi var här.
De är helt fantastiska i service, speciellt då jag har specialkost, chef Gianni och hans team lagade fantastiskt god mat med hänsyn till mina behov.
Och alltid ett vänligt leende vem man än möter av personalen på hotellet.
Det var också perfekt städat överallt, både på rummet och i övriga delar av hotellet, både inomhus och utomhus.
Extra fint också att de har en buss man kan åka med gratis till- och från stranden.
Hoppas komma tillbaka hit flera gånger.

Diese Anlage ist auf jeden Fall keine vier Sterne Anlage, das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Auch haben wir aufgrund des nahe gelegenen Musikfestivals Ohrstöpsel bekommen. Allerdings konnte ich trotzdem keine Nacht vernünftig schlafen, was natürlich kein Problem des Hotels ist aber insgesamt macht das Hotel keinen guten Eindruck

Hôtel calme en basse saison, le personnel est juste parfait, nous avons eu le droit à un café de bienvenue, quelque mots en Français (très appr éciable), le matin au petit déjeuner nous avions un jus d’orange frais.
En arrivant nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue sur la mer, pour le prix d’une chambre standard.

Wonderful stay and friendly amazing staff. I was looking for figs when I arrived and they found some and brought them to my room. Property is not on the beach but within a 10 min walk. If u have a car u can explore many beautiful beaches in the area (Punta Prosciutto beach only 15min drive). We were there in off season so resort was VERY quiet. I don’t like crowds but even for me it was a bit too quiet...but we would go into Porto Cesareo in the evening where it was still quite busy. A car is definitely needed here but free ample parking was a bonus. A wonderful stay!, can’t wait to go back.

The 2 lovely ladies at the reception are the best parts of this hotel. We were told guests couldn't use the restaurant on our first night because of a function. We were woken at 1am by the extremely loud noise. When we complained the next day to the male receptionist, he just shrugged his shoulders. He didn't care. Disgusting customer service. The breakfast buffet was also poor. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs and mini chicken frankfurter sausages which were always cold as the food warmers they were in were never switched on. Cheap sliced cheese and ham, and fresh melon which was often covered in flies. Hotel is a reasonably convenient 10 minute walk to a nice beach but a very inconvenient half hour walk to town and it's restaurants etc.. The hotel's relationship with a local taxi service charging €30 for a return 7 minute each way journey is suspicious. Having a hire car is essential but unfortunately that also is a risk as we found ours was damaged by a large white service vehicle in the hotel car park. The hotel rooms are described as soundproofed. I've never been in such a noisy hotel. Doors slamming, footsteps and voices in the corridors, furniture being dropped, dragged and banged in various parts of the building. Whoever described the rooms as 'soundproofed must have been deaf!

Cet hôtel est un peu à l'extérieur de Porto Cervo la navette est indispensable pour vous rendre à la plage et la voiture pour vous rendre au centre. L'hôtel en soit est bien organisé et propre le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Les réceptionnistes souriants et serviables. Le gros point noir de cet établissement est l'insonorisation! Le repos est quasi impossible... vous entendez tout absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté ou les couloirs...
