1. This place is nice. It's a building with several rooms downstairs (which are not this place) and an upper level (which is this hotel) with maybe four rooms that share a kitchen.
2. Parking is impossible. Narrow potholed streets. We learned we could park at the pharmacy about four blocks away. You could park across the road, in the weeds/trashy strip, but the right-side door would be right against a brick wall.
3. Access was a mess for a US visitor: Our phones don't work until we have internet, right? Our flights took so long to get to Rome that we never saw the entry instructions in time (our phones didn't work unless we had wifi, and wifi was inside the hotel, behind a locked gate). No one is at the property to help.
But, aside from that, it's a good place. It's not right on the Tiber, and if I go back, that's where I will stay next time.
