Very good value for money

This was an over nght stay .The room was clean and comfortable with clean bedding and towels .The room had a kitchenette to enable you to make a drink or snack.We used it to make breakfast drinks .Location handy for the town.Close to the river and a good bistro .Only fault was that it would as tricky to enter the property as details on how to do this where unclear .A resident helped me by phoning the caretaker for me .

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The view was beautiful and bed was comfy.. We had a problem getting into the property as we did not receive the codes. After 2 phone calls, the caretaker gave us the codes to get in. It seems like there was a problem with Expedia.

Pas de volants roulants. Les rideaux occultant s sont à 10cm du mur et le lit est sur le côté. Donc la nuit on a la lumière des réverbères et le matin la lumière du jour. Pas de mails d’instructions pour avoir la chambre. Appartement vieillot. Équipement minimal. Pas de cafetière électrique ni de grille-pain. Décoration sombre et triste. Les consignes pour récupérer les codes d'accès (autonome) ne sont pas claires : j'ai compris qu'il fallait envoyer une copie de ma carte d'identité le jour-même à 17h ! Et il était indiqué que ma réservation aurait pu être annulée si je ne l'avais pas fait "à temps". Heureusement, j'ai eu quelqu'un de très sympathique au téléphone qui a pu me transmettre les informations nécessaires pour accéder à la chambre. Les photos laissent présager un établissement moderne et entretenu, nous avons été quelque peu déçus de voir que les accessoires dans la salle de bain par exemple n'étaient plus en état de marche (le distributeur de savon notamment), que le dérouleur de papier tenait à peine au mur et que les joins de carrelage étaient noircis, ... Si, sur l'annonce, l'endroit peut sembler accueillant, il n'est pas chaleureux ni entretenu (propre mais pas entretenu). La porte "coupe-feu" fermée au sortir de la chambre - et le peu d'isolation phonique - ne nous a pas aidé à y passer une nuit reposante non plus ... Dommage !

Appartement bien, propre, calme, qui donne l'impression d'avoir été refait récemment, mais plutôt minimaliste en équipement (ni plus ni moins), par exemple seulement 2 couteaux, 2 fourchettes, 2 assiettes. Parking gratuit juste devant le bâtiment qui est situé devant la Loire donc plutôt sympa. Le point négatif étant l'absence de personne à la réception. Arrivé sur place, malgré ma réservation payée et ma confirmation que je viens bien sur place, je ne reçois pas de code pour la boîte à clé. J'appelle le numéro affiché à l'entrée et là je dois payer au téléphone la taxe de séjour en donnant mes informations de carte bancaire à un inconnu... pas génial à l'époque des vols de données ! Bref, après avoir payé par téléphone on me donne enfin le code de la boîte à clé. Pas bien clair la demarche à effectuer pour tout le monde quand je m'aperçois le lendemain qu'un couple est dans la même situation.

Etablissement plutôt bien placé et pratique. Nous avons pris une chambre pour notre séjour au circuit de Magny Cours et c'était bien pratique d'être à seulement 15min du circuit. L'entrée autonome est agréable car pas de contrainte horaire sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Néanmoins, 2 points sont à revoir. On nous avait parlé d'une place de parking privée et nous avons chercher l'entrée du parking en vain. Heureusement qu'il restait des places devant l'établissement. Le second point est la propreté des chambres. Cela reste correcte mais la poussière pourrait être faite plus souvent je pense, surtout derrière les toilettes. Le bruit du ballon d'eau chaude et du frigo sont également dérangeant pour des personnes sensibles.

A notre arrivée nous pensions entrer dans le logement, mais nous n'avions pas les codes qui normalement devrait êtres dans le Mail reçu à notre arrivée, donc obligé d'appeler, car personne à la réception pendant tout notre séjour, la personne au téléphone nous demande le numéro de carte bancaire, pour régler 3 euros de taxes séjour. Et c'était la condition pour obtenir les codes d'accès à la clef pour accéder à l'appartement, cela à cause des impayés de clients avant nous, sans compter même pas une cafetière dans la cuisine très certainement pour favoriser la vente de petits déjeuners, le petit déjeuner n'en parlons pas des Mini viennoiseries, des petits pains au minimum, cafetière défaillante ayant besoin de détartrage je trouve la gérance de cet hôtel exécrable nous n'y retournerons plus
