Biggest positive was the staff who were all lovely and welcoming. They tried their best to help wherever possible. Although the hotel is down a small alleyway where only TukTuks can go, it’s in a great location, close to all the residents and main attractions. The hotel itself is quite rundown and needs some attention. Although we only paid £50 per night, this is fairly expensive in India and the room itself needs a lot of attention. There was no wardrobe, no real storage facilities, cracked wallpaper and no proper curtains. Due to its location it is fairly noisy around the hotel so be prepared. The lack of hot water was a real downside. Even when there was some for a shower, it would only last a couple of minutes. Overall a clean and ok experience but there are better options nearby.
