Lovely hotel with beautiful architecture, great gardens and attention to historic detail. Did ask for my hot tub to be activated ( it is in a garden with no instructions) but it didn’t happen. Might have used the mini bar in my room if I had been provided with a corkscrew/ bottle opener… but I hadn’t so I was saved some money! All in all though, a treat.

Location was great - easy access to the main activities. I spotted a Fuego eruption from right outside my room near the rooftop sitting area! The hotel had a unique charm - pool was gorgeously warm - felt like a spa! Room was huge, with a cute fireplace and balcony. Shower only had cold water the first day but they fixed it by the next morning. Overall wonderful
