The room was clean, except for a chalk drawing around a particular stain on the rug. I guess that’s part of being in the dog friendly rooms. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast very disappointing, but they had potatoes that were ok. One of the juices flavor dispensers was broken. Boiled eggs, the only protein, were floating in cloudy water. I did not use the pool or hot tub. Soap very nice fragrance. Nice to have restaurant at hotel for tired travelers. Decor dated.

I booked this place for it's 8.8 rating but the condition of this hotel is a bit dingy. The front staff was less than friendly. My main issue was that the rooms smelled. I asked for a new room and that one smelled too. They were able to give me a refund and I stayed at the Fairfield.
