Rooms were massive! A bit dated, but honestly this hotel is so charming, and the location might be my favorite place in the whole world. Would absolutely recommend it and would stay again.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The carpet was a little dated, and the window sill could use a fresh coat of paint, but the bathroom was nicely updated and the bedding was new and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderful!

There was no working light outside the hotel main door, dark at nite going up the stairs. Room smelled probably from bathroom. There was a lot of constituents materials right ousting visible from window and coming into building. Ad on hotel.com website showed a room to a bay view. This wasn’t the case

I was surprised not to have a light in the bathroom and had a trouble getting a shower. It might be associated with the cleanliness there, but the bath tub/shower wasn’t cleaned and I found previous guests hairs and it was obviously no cleaning after a previous guest used. When I took a shower, I slipped due to the debris and made a bruise on my leg. Outside of the part, guests should be aware of no elevators in most of accommodations there, no recommendation to bring a large suitcase/luggage. People at the place including tourists are nice and would help each other though.

Mont St. Michel is an amazing location and this hotel is in the heart of it. The breakfast included eggs, crepes, whole grain and dessert breads and a variety of beverages. Given the site, the hotel has an older, quaint charm.
