The check-in was horrible. The representative didn't listen, she was not clear and she charged my card an additional $340 after I told her my room was already paid for. She was very argumentative and not pleasant. She then sent me to room a room and said it was in one place

The very best part of our stay was the staff! Every single person was helpful and courteous! The property is dated and our suite was beat up. The couch was horrible. Door looked like it had seen a crow bar and kitchen cabinets were bad. The place needed to be dusted. Its a great location for medical stuff but just needs some work.
