Hotel looks like advertised on the pictures. Beautiful mountain views and scenery. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast options too.

Excellent location and surroundings. Good Breakfast. Rooms are outdated, Bathrooms not nice.Blocked Shower. Basin tap sprayed water everywhere. Lack of proper maintenance and housekeeping. Towels had seen better days.

Location is s central. Liked that.
The service was very poor. Phone in the room but not connected/working at all. One has to walk to reception to obtain help.
No concierge services.
Breakfast was not great. Some burnt food.
Pool view rooms have no pool view. Rather book Mountain View.

A bed sit pretending to be fine dining
I am okay that most hotels in Eswatini are basic. But giving me attitude when you are already annoying the customer was just unacceptable. I had booked the most expensive room for the view. They gave me room number 1. The wifi was so bad l had to spend most of my time in the lobby for wifi. Also the floor had what looked like cockroach waste. Then I had a bottle of opened white wine with me I was planning to finish. I ordered the largest T-bone steak in the restaurant and asked if I could finish my wine with the steak. I said I will even order a latte and dessert to compensate. Not allowed the mamasan said. I said I was the ONLY customer in your restaurant. If I wasn't there you'd not even make money on my T-bone steak. No. Then the electricity blanks out in the hotel while I was still eating my steak. What compensation do I get for that? The t-bone was no good. This is not a fine dining restaurant by any measure. Being relaxed would have enabled me to enjoy the place for what it is. The maitra de was just out of line and really stupid for not making more money out of me. Overall the view of the valley was nothing to write home about. And yes, run down furniture as some of the previous reviews have said. I could hear the traffic from my room number one.
Just for not allowing me to enjoy my wine made this the worst place you can stay in eswatini. Let me not go on about the taxi fare to the airport. Rip off. Unpleasant all around.

Had a very relaxing time here. I think this is one of the hotels/restaurants in the country with an awesome view. We enjoyed the pool (one of the few pools in the country deep enough where you can actually swim). Attentive staff. Good food at the restaurant. Working WiFi. A short drive to the center of town for shopping and dining. It would be nice to have more cable channels.

My Mountain Inn Experience
It was amazing. The workers were very good and friendly. We arrived late but we could still order meals which were also so delicious and prepared at the reasonable time. The scenery was spectacular despite the misty weather.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, thr bed comfortable, and we had a great view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent. A wide assortment of items, well prepared. Coffee and hot toast was brought to the table shortly after we has selected our items from the buffet. We have no complaints or issues whatsoever.
