It was what I expected for the price. Room was clean and AC worked, bed was comfortable. Show worked and was okay. Would stay again if in the area.

8/10 – Sehr gut

It’s a GREAT place for the price but there is no longer a pub and restaurant next door to this location, which we were planning on for a meal or two. We had room 100 which was the first room after going up a slight incline so you have to watch your step going in and out. We tried to turn on the air but got a musty smell but the temperature was cool outside so it wasn’t bad without it. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The decor felt homey!

We made this our go to place for the fourth of July celebration we plan on staying again next year , only problem was there was never no coffee in the lobby , wish they would do a continental breakfast since the restaurant is no longer here , but it isn't a make or brake , reasonably priced rooms beds are comfortable it's not a 5 star but it is nice

We enjoyed our stay at Surrey Inn. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable. It's a very sweet little place. The only thing I disliked was the air conditioner was loud. But it kept us cool enough.

10/10 – Außergewöhnlich

So, there is no bar/restaurant anymore, that’s moved a few blocks down the road and staying on the first floor meant the heavy walker’s footsteps above me kept me up a bit longer than I would like. Other than that, I have zero complaints about the stay, the staff and the property. If they weren’t full for the weekend, I would’ve stayed many more days and will definitely stay again! The midday staffer was super helpful and made my day!

Rough area. Some odd stuff going on in the attached building; windows covered up, people and kids in rough shape coming and going. Room was very shabby with bed covered in plastic under a sheet (probably a good thing). I couldn’t get TV to work but only tried for 5 min. Really, really loud people in hall til 9.

2/10 – Mangelhaft

Booked a king and got a double bed room, ac didn't get cold and owner said deal with it basically. So we didn't stay and went elsewhere, but told Expedia they offered us another room which was a lie they were sold out what we were told, and wasn't able to get any kind of refund for the 2 days.
Verifizierte Bewertung

2/10 – Mangelhaft

A lot of noise during the days of stay we could not sleep well, because of the tenants who were above us, they made a lot of noise and did not let us sleep, we informed the reception but nothing could be solved.

Someone was above me walking all night long. I got up at 430 as I had an early morning commitment and they were still walking around. It was very unsettling honestly. The hotel was basically empty so I’m not sure why I was placed under someone’s living space. There aren’t paid rooms above the first floor so I’m not sure what was happening.
