I placed in a 2nd floor room, 212, and the noise from the lobby was ridiculously loud. I could hear conversations. I thought that quiet hours were from 10 PM until morning, so I dealt with the noise until 10:20. I called the desk, I asked for them to ask the guests to be quiet. I called back between 11:20 and 11:30 because once again the voices were loud and woke me up. I was assured that the noise would stop. I put on my headphones just in case. What I was playing stopped and at 1:30 once more the voices in the lobby woke me up. The person at the desk had to hear the noise and did nothing. The next morning I was woken up by chairs being dragged across the floor and some kind of cart. The man behind the desk told me that he only had three hours of sleep and that he had to walk to work, so I guess that was supposed to make me feel better. It was all ridiculous and unacceptable. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.
