Forthcoming and available personnel, beautiful room and facilities, especially the little, clean and well-curated spa on the 17th floor was my fav. Also, my little puppy was well received and as a special perk she got a bag of nice treats upon our check-in. Our room was on the 10th floor and it was remarkably quiet despite the fact that all around the hotel there are construction works ongoing Monday to Friday. Everything went smoothly and effortlessly. I loved my 5-day-trip and the stay at this lovely Scandic Hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was lovely, but the construction site on every side of the hotel made first finding the hotel entrance difficult, and then trying to find the path out of the area more difficult. I presume that the hotel cannot control this, so I am not counting it against them. It is just something I wish I had known sooner, since we were travelling with someone with limited mobility.

My stay at Scandic Sondra Kajen was absolutely perfect! The location is very close to the ferry— safe, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stockholm!
