Hotel was fine, we were there for a two night getaway. No frills or anything to exciting. Check I. Was delayed for a musical band ahead of us, but the front staff was friendly and nice. The room was okay. At the end of day 1 we arrived back to the room to get ready for dinner. The door was ajar, I had noticed you had to pull it closed with a minimal force to secure. I assume the cleaning person overlooked that fact. Fortunately no missing personal items or issues. The odd part was new clean towels were provided, however the trash wasn’t removed, the bed was not changed or made, just two bath towels were replaced. I would stay there again, but nothing note worthy.

Not clean at all, the window from the outside was broken. The lights and plug in by the beds were either broken or not plugged in and out of reach for us to do it ourselves. Shower was dirty. I called the day prior to see if I could upgrade my room and the gal that answered the phone was kinda rude and said since you booked through Expedia I can’t help you. Which I understood but tone is everything. just not a comfortable stay, but good enough for the night.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating and a good deep cleaning. I could hear everyone walking outside and every time anyone used the stairs, and the person smoking outside might as well have been smoking inside my room for how bad it smelled immediately. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it was fine to stay just for a night or two, but I probably won't book there again.
