We have stayed here before and never had a problem. This weekend it took forever to check in, they charged us when we had already paid on line. So it took a while to reverse the charge then they couldn't decide which room to give us we checked in @ 3:30. We went to eat & when we returned our keys would work, had to get them reset. We went out for the evening and keycard didn't work in the back, nor the side door. So went to the front & key still didn't work, used the phone & last up front opened for us. She said sus and back did don't work after hours. Would have been nice to put a sign for clients to know. They are remodeling so hopefully it will be better once it's all done.
Excellent customer service at desk. Was nice and quiet. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. Room was nice and cold. Currently renovating so only first floor was open and lots and box’s were in the lobby. Bathroom was outdated. Fixtures/corners/tile/ceilings appeared dirty but probably because it was old. After renovation is complete would definitely stay again.
It was 2 big flying roaches over our heads and a floor full of ants thats . We left immediately and had no where to sleep because all of our money was put into the hotel . The money couldn't be sent back until the next few buisness .im very embarrased and disappointed .
Have to pay $50 deposit and than I handicap access room and not that accessible based on room space for double queen room. Deposit refund takes awhile to return.

My truck was broken into. The officer also informed me that it happen quite often and the cameras not real on the outside of the hotel. Not much they could do.

Property was under some renovations. Elevator was very dark. Furniture in room was worn. Bed was not comfortable. Toilet not flushing properly. The entire hotel is in need of a makeover....
